Kirami’s factory is where the magic happens
All Kirami hot tubs are made in Finland, in a factory located in the town of Sastamala. The materials used are primarily Finnish, and quality is assured with strict testing. Finished hot tubs are quickly delivered to customers.
Kirami hot tubs are always assembled to order at the factory.
“The hot tub parts are delivered ready-made to the Kirami factory, where the hot tub is assembled to order. We do not make custom hot tubs, as all our hot tubs adhere to strict quality standards that ensure their safety. However, the appearance of our hot tubs can be customised with different filters and heaters as well as separately sold accessories, such as lights and steps,” says Hermanni Rosengren, who is in charge of assembly and accessory ordering at the factory.
The delivery times of Kirami hot tubs are kept as short as possible.
“The average delivery time of our hot tubs is approximately one week. In Finland, we can deliver hot tubs to customers in just a few days,” says Frans Kuusinen, who is in charge of Kirami’s packing department and warehouse. .
Finnish products through and through
Kirami strives to make its hot tubs primarily out of Finnish materials.
“The majority of our materials come from Finland. We want to support local production and ensure the best possible quality by using Finnish materials, which are renowned for their high quality.”
The fact that Kirami hot tubs are made in Finland makes potential maintenance and guarantee issues easy to handle for Finnish customers.
“Of course we take equally good care of our customers in other European countries as well. Our resellers take good care of possible guarantee issues,” says Kari Suutarinen from Kirami’s sales and technical support.
Kirami welcomes all improvement suggestions from employees and customers alike.
“We do receive some development ideas, the best of which we of course implement. The majority of development ideas are based on hot tub user experiences,” Suutarinen states.
Quality above all
Kirami hot tubs are only delivered to the customer after a strict quality assessment procedure.
“We test our products multiple times ourselves right here at the factory. We also carry out quality monitoring throughout the entire manufacturing process,” says Suutarinen.

Demand all across Europe
Kirami is the largest hot tub manufacturer in Europe, so the company’s export department is very busy, particularly as summer rolls along.
“We maintain close contact with our resellers across Finland and Europe. Our resellers are also active towards us. Our communication channels are effective and always open,” says Miro Männistö from Kirami’s exports department.
