Autumn arrives and forest is full of colour!

Forests of Finland are full of autumn’s delicacies such as cowberries, blackberries, boletus, chanterelles and a lot more to nibble on. Sometimes you can even encounter a moose, the king of the forest in all its glory. Many of the grandparents collect berries and mushroom diligently making the most delicious treats such as; blueberry pies and mushroom roasted in butter with onions. After a hard day of hiking in a forest a forager can enjoy a relaxing bath in a hot tub while nursing sore limbs and reminisce on handsome spoils of the day.
