The hot tub is one the best way to relax and it provides many beneficial effects to the users. While you are in a hot tub all your senses are delighted and you can enjoy your garden or the nature surrounding you.

When you are in bath at 37-38°c your body will release endorphins, which will naturally help you to relax and get rid of your stress. Endorphins have an analgesic effect and give you a general state of wellness, physically and mentally.

In addition, you will be able to reinforce your immune system, the warmth will open the pores of the skin and then evacuates toxins and impurity in it. Warm water is increasing your body temperature and dilating your blood vessels resulting in an improvement of the blood circulation.

In a Nordic bath your muscles and joints are relaxing and diminish the muscles tensions. You will appreciate it especially after an intensive sport session. Your muscles will recover their initial flexibility.

And by the way, for a good recovery after physical exercise, a special method is used by professional's athletes. It consists to alternate warm and cold session. You should start with a warm bath to dilate the blood vessels and start to relax. Then you go to a cold session (cold bath, snow, ice…) between 1 to 3 minutes. The effects will be an increase of your blood circulation and the elimination of toxins which are at the origin of muscle soreness. You can alternate those sessions, but you should always finish with a warm session for the recovery.
